IT'S NOT AS SCARY AS IT SOUNDS...

LET’S START WITH US…

Hello fellow human being! First, thanks for visiting kreatechange.

As people are at the core of the work we do, we’re excited to see you here. Our responsive website is simple and there is nothing nasty lurking anywhere. Really.

Kreate Change Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07681111 whose registered office is at Gable House, 239 Regents Park Rd, Finchley, London N3 3LF.

LET’S TALK ABOUT EMAILS AND NEWSLETTERS

We don’t collect any of your details directly on our responsive website. Not today anyways. We’d rather have conversations with you than endless digital exchanges.

Once we’ve engaged with you, we may communicate via email in the form of messages or newsletters. This may happen while doing business with one another, or it may revolve around events we sponsor, thought-leadership articles we write, case studies, or information about things we’re doing or have done.

But we still prefer conversations.

We may from time-to-time check with you that your information is correct or to see if you’re still happy to hear from us. Hey. Things change and you may prefer to hear from other people. We understand.

Because our relationship with you is important, we don’t rent, sell, or trade email lists with anyone else. Ever. If you decide to share your details with us, they stay with us. The first rule of fight club is: you do not talk about fight club… you get the point.

We do use a third-party supplier, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters, content marketing and event invitation emails (don’t worry… we don’t have any yet and we’ll update you as soon as we do). MailChimp gathers statistics about who opens and clicks on our emails, using industry-standard technologies to allow us to monitor and improve our communications to you. Please see MailChimp’s privacy policy for more details. Just know that you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link which you’ll find at the bottom of all our general emails. Doing this will stop us from sending you any further emails straight away.

Should you have any other questions on this, you can always contact our in-house representative for customer engagement, Mariusz Zalewski, on mariusz@kreatechange.com at any time to stop receiving emails.

SO, HOW DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

If the only thing you’ve shared with us is your email, there are only three places it might be stored. These include MailChimp (discussed above), Google Mail (we use them for our email services), or a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool we use called Pipedrive.

At kreatechange, we store information about old, new, and prospective clients, colleagues, other associates, or ‘friends of the family’ in Pipedrive. We use this system to organize contact information in a secure way so that we can keep track of who we’re speaking with, when and about what. In essence, it helps us to stay organized.  If you’re interested, you can view the Pipedrive privacy policy too.

It’s important to our team that we know our clients and business prospects well, and to do this we may also keep a record of information that helps us, such as job titles, work address and company name. Sometimes people share these details with us directly, and sometimes we gather and store them from sources in the public domain where people share their professional profiles, such as Linkedin.

We periodically check our CRM system to ensure that all information about people who have unsubscribed has been deleted from our systems. If no one at kreatechange has heard from you in the last two years, we’ll automatically remove your details.

You have the right to know what personal information we keep, and to amend or remove some or all of it whenever you like—there’s nothing like a good tidy from time to time… right? You can always email our in-house representative for customer engagement, Mariusz Zalewski, on mariusz@kreatechange.com, if you want to enquire about, or amend any of your personal information.
